  4. could not for the life of me get these workouts to post from my phone... I have been in FL with my family from the 26th (well really the 25th) til the 29th (today)... last year we had a car so i could drive to an erg but this year my folks decided to cab from the airport instead so I made do... okay, yea, sorry for the annoying monologue...
